Shipping Rates

We ship Australia wide with Australia Post. We offer flat rate shipping for $10 and express shipping for $15.

Free Local Delivery

We offer free local delivery within 5km of Hampton, 3188* If you qualify for free local delivery, please enter code LOCALDELIVERY at checkout.

Shipping Times

All orders are processed within a day or two. You will receive a notification by email when your order has shipped.

International Shipping

Sustainable Packaging

Where possible our packaging is recycled and/or biodegradable, including our bubble wrap. Where a little extra care is required to get your package to you safely, we recycle packaging from our manufacturers.

e-Gift Cards

Shipping charges do not apply to e-Gift Card purchases. e-Gift Cards are emailed to the gift recipient along with a discount code they can use to redeem their e-Gift Card. Please enter the recipient's name, email and any special message you would like to send at checkout in 'Special instructions for seller.'

How do I check the status of my order?

You will receive tracking notifications by email. We'll include a delivery estimate so you know approximately when your parcel will arrive. We'll also include a tracking link so you can track your parcel along the way.
